Franklyn is a graduate of over 18 years, with a second-class upper division; he was the best graduating student in his department. He is a member of the institute of management consultant (MIMC). A Certified Management Consultant (CMC). He worked with a petroleum products marketer in Lagos in the early 1990s, joined Cornerstone Insurance Plc where he grew to the position of Assistant Manager. He was with Standard Trust Bank before moving over to Devcom Bank (ETB) as an Assistant Manager in 2000. He started (2002) Dil Consulting, a consultancy outfit of repute in and around Abuja. He is currently the Managing Consultant and has been involved in the transformation and re-engineering of several companies ranging from small scale to medium scale, amongst them are Community Banks, Mortgage, Institutions, Property companies (SMES), Book houses, Printing and Publishing company, Insurance brokerage outfits and Finance houses. He has been successful helping clients invest, sell and acquire financial institutions and other companies. He has excelled in structuring and securing facilities for clients, organizing investment seminars, promotions and creating windows. He is also a motivational speaker, trainer and leader, he has attended several consulting and management training programs both in Nigeria and abroad.

JIDE AOGO B.Eng, PGD, MBA

He is a graduate of Metallurgical and Material Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and also obtained Masters in Business Administration from University of Benin. He has over ten years post qualification experience in the areas such as, Engineering, Banking, Project Management, Consulting, Training, Events Conceptualization and Marketing; and Financial Advisory services, having worked in reputable organizations such as Guaranty Trust Bank and Standard Trust Bank (now known as United Bank of Africa). With the wealth of experience, previous capacity building training and requisite knowledge acquired over the years, impeccably adds value to the services of the firm.

He is the head of Research & Report unit, married with a kid and a lover of books.

PIUS OKECHUKWU AMUZIE, B.Sc, ACIPM

He is a graduate of Political Science, from the University of Lagos. An Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. He started his working career with the Nigeria Ports Authority in 1981 immediately after his NYSC as staff Development Officer and later joined the then NEPA (now PHCN) where he worked in the Personnel Division. Later in 1983 he switched over to United Bank for Africa Plc and worked still in their Human Resources Division, where he held various top positions; and acquired varied experiences, knowledge and skills. He retired as the Regional Manager, Human Resources in charge of the bank’s branches in Southern states of the country. During his working career Mr. Amuzie attended several management course including Training Facilitators workshop among others, Having acquired the necessary skills and knowledge over the years he now focuses his energy and time in management consultancy, since 2001 he left UBA. He anchors all our HRM related aspects of consultancy services as well as other spectra.

MOKEZIE IFEANYI CHRIS, FMASS, MNIM, ACINB

He Is a graduate (B.Sc) Agric Economics from University of Nigeria Nsukka and a post graduate (Msc) from the University of Reading in the UK. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Entrepreneurial Management of Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He has worked in various capacities with many organizations, viz, the World Bank/FDRD, ADP as Head of Evaluation and Planning, Nigeria Agric & Cooperative Bank as Manager Research & Development Coordinating Director Rural Advancement & Research Foundation, Enugu. In 2007, he joined Dil Consulting as Senior Consultant in charge of Training & Entrepreneurial Consulting. He is married with children.

TAIWO ATOLOYE. B.Sc Business Administration

He has had over 6 years working experience with a chartered accounting firm, Intercontinetal Bank and a pharmaceutical firm as a marketing consultant before joining us as a junior partner.
